Job Description
Payroll Coordinator managing payroll processes and inquiries for ReWorks Solutions. Ensuring accuracy in payroll and collaborating with HR in a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Process and run payroll accurately and on schedule
- Generate payroll reports and ensure all data is accurate and up to date
- Review payroll information for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure accurate employee data
- Assist with audits and payroll reconciliations as needed
- Manage and track payroll-related tasks using internal systems and tools
- Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong numerical and basic math skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and execute projects within set timeframes
- Highly organized and able to work independently
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
- Tech-savvy with experience using:
- Microsoft Outlook
- Monday.com
- CentralReach (preferred)
- Viventium (preferred)
- Previous payroll experience is an advantage
