Job Description

Payroll Coordinator managing payroll processes and inquiries for ReWorks Solutions. Ensuring accuracy in payroll and collaborating with HR in a remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and run payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Generate payroll reports and ensure all data is accurate and up to date
  • Review payroll information for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure accurate employee data
  • Assist with audits and payroll reconciliations as needed
  • Manage and track payroll-related tasks using internal systems and tools
  • Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Strong numerical and basic math skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and execute projects within set timeframes
  • Highly organized and able to work independently
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Tech-savvy with experience using:
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Monday.com
  • CentralReach (preferred)
  • Viventium (preferred)
  • Previous payroll experience is an advantage
