Job Description

People Business Partner serving as a strategic advisor in Payments technology, focusing on organisational design and performance management. Leading initiatives that strengthen compliance and organisational effectiveness in a global environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across regions
  • Independently manage mid-to-high complexity employee relations matters
  • Lead or co-lead workforce planning activities
  • Improve and standardise onboarding and performance processes
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives

Requirements:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in People Business Partnering or advanced HR advisory roles
  • Strong judgement and credibility when influencing senior stakeholders
  • Deep expertise in organisational design, restructures, performance management, and multi-jurisdiction employee relations
  • Analytical mindset combining qualitative insight and workforce data
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex people issues clearly
