Job Description
People Business Partner serving as a strategic advisor in Payments technology, focusing on organisational design and performance management. Leading initiatives that strengthen compliance and organisational effectiveness in a global environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across regions
- Independently manage mid-to-high complexity employee relations matters
- Lead or co-lead workforce planning activities
- Improve and standardise onboarding and performance processes
- Lead cross-functional initiatives
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of experience in People Business Partnering or advanced HR advisory roles
- Strong judgement and credibility when influencing senior stakeholders
- Deep expertise in organisational design, restructures, performance management, and multi-jurisdiction employee relations
- Analytical mindset combining qualitative insight and workforce data
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex people issues clearly
