Job Description

HR Assistant focusing on employee support, administrative routines, and internal process support in São Paulo. Seeking an organized professional with good communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide employee support to clarify questions related to HR, benefits, timekeeping, hiring, and documentation.
  • Manage onboarding processes, including verification of documentation, system registration, and follow-up on orientation/integration.
  • Administer and monitor electronic timekeeping records, performing adjustments, resolving issues, and providing support to managers and employees.
  • Support management of benefits, vacation scheduling, leaves of absence, and personnel movements/changes.
  • Organize and maintain updated documents, files, and internal HR controls.
  • Facilitate communication between HR, managers, and employees to align operational information.
  • Track administrative pending items and ensure compliance with internal deadlines.
  • Assist with general personnel/payroll and HR activities as required by operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources or Personnel/Payroll routines.
  • Knowledge of onboarding processes and administration of electronic timekeeping.
  • Comfortable providing employee support and resolving administrative requests.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with timekeeping systems and internal HR systems (ERP and CRM) is a plus.
  • High school diploma.
  • Technical or higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
