Job Description
People Business Partner influencing organisational design and performance management for a global payments issuer. Engaging with senior leaders and handling complex employee relations across jurisdictions.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across regions
- Support leaders through restructures and reorganisations
- Independently manage mid-to-high complexity employee relations matters
- Lead or co-lead workforce planning activities
- Improve and standardise onboarding and performance processes
- Lead cross-functional initiatives on capability frameworks and policy harmonisation
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of experience in People Business Partnering or advanced HR advisory roles
- Strong judgement and credibility when influencing senior stakeholders
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and solve complex problems
- Deep expertise in organisational design, restructures, performance management, and employee relations
- Analytical mindset with qualitative and quantitative data
- Clear communication skills to articulate complex issues
