Job Description
People Business Partner providing HR advisory to senior leaders while improving people processes. Leading workforce planning and organisational effectiveness in a global, remote-first environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across regions
- Support leaders through restructures, reorganisations, and role clarity initiatives
- Independently manage or advise on employee relations matters
- Coach leaders and People Advisors to strengthen performance management capability
- Lead workforce planning activities and provide insights into workforce composition
- Improve and standardise onboarding, performance, and employee lifecycle processes
- Lead cross-functional initiatives on capability frameworks and policy harmonisation
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of experience in People Business Partnering or advanced HR advisory roles
- Strong judgement and credibility when influencing senior stakeholders across regions
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and solving complex problems
- Deep expertise in organisational design, restructures, performance management, and employee relations
- Analytical mindset, combining qualitative insight and workforce data
- Ability to articulate complex people issues clearly
