Job Description

Lead digital marketing strategies for a mission-driven consumer brand. Oversee campaigns, analyze performance, and report insights while managing influencer collaborations and social media engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead data-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Own full-funnel performance from top-of-funnel acquisition through conversion.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize marketing performance across platforms.
  • Own marketing spend efficiency and ROAS to ensure strong return on investment.
  • Present performance insights, recommendations, and updates to leadership.
  • Contribute to new product development through market insights and execution support.
  • Plan and execute campaigns including product launches, promotions, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Leverage existing assets and AI tools to improve efficiency, messaging, and output.
  • Optimize campaigns using performance data and trend analysis.
  • Oversee social media channels and content calendars.
  • Create and manage content using static creative and short-form video formats such as Reels and TikTok.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use AI tools to analyze social trends, competitive activity, and content opportunities.
  • Source, manage, and evaluate influencers with focus on measurable return.
  • Work directly with photographers, creative vendors, and AI tools, including development of quarterly shot lists.
  • Ensure creative assets are uploaded and organized within Google Drive.
  • Support packaging and product content development as needed.
  • Monitor and report on performance daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting covering sales by channel, marketing spend, ROAS, and performance trends.
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly growth patterns across campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Proven experience owning marketing performance and budgets across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking ROAS, spend, and performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with social media, content creation, and campaign execution.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for content generation, analysis, and optimization.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to leadership.
  • Highly autonomous and self-directed working style.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capability.
  • Comfortable owning results and being accountable for performance outcomes.
  • Organized, proactive, and performance-driven approach.
