Job Description
Performance Marketing Manager leading internal marketing strategies and client campaigns at MassMedia. Collaborating across teams to optimize performance and drive measurable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute MassMedia’s internal performance marketing strategy, ensuring brand consistency and growth across all channels.
- Manage and optimize website performance, email marketing, paid media, CRM campaigns, and digital funnels to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Execute performance-driven marketing initiatives for select client accounts in collaboration with paid media, creative, PR, and strategy teams.
- Plan and support agency events, sponsorships, and community activations with clear goals, tracking, and ROI.
- Develop high-impact presentations, case studies, and thought-leadership assets that clearly communicate MassMedia’s value and results.
- Partner with leadership on brand campaigns, award submissions, PR initiatives, and market positioning.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and workflows across internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using data and insights to continuously optimize campaigns and improve outcomes.
Requirements:
- Fully Remote - Travel 1x per month to corporate office in Las Vegas, Nevada
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency or professional services setting.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Comfortable holding people accountable and driving the teams to performance.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM/marketing automation platforms and project-management tools.
- Creative thinker with a strong sense of brand and visual storytelling.
- Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and growth mindset.
