Job Description
Performance Marketing Manager optimizing paid acquisition channels like Google Ads and TikTok. Driving user growth while maintaining CAC and LTV ratios for financial services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition channels including Google Ads, Meta Platforms, and TikTok
- Scale user acquisition while maintaining target Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV) ratios
- Optimize the full conversion funnel from ad engagement to funded wallet
- Plan and execute A/B tests across ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign messaging
- Monitor campaign performance using attribution and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 and AppsFlyer
- Develop and manage targeting campaigns to re-engage users
- Collaborate closely with Product and Compliance teams to ensure campaign alignment with regulatory requirements
- Ensure marketing communications maintain clear, transparent, and compliant financial messaging
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in performance or growth marketing
- Demonstrated experience managing and scaling paid acquisition budgets of $20K+ per month
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution models
- Proven experience marketing regulated financial products
- Ability to work effectively within compliance and regulatory review processes for marketing campaigns
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics
- Deep understanding of diaspora markets or cross-border remittance ecosystems is considered a strong advantage
