Job Description
Personal Assistant managing the Chairman's personal and logistical matters at BJAK. Supporting both personal life management and executive-level tasks for business leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Chairman's calendar, appointments, errands, and family-related matters
- Coordinate both personal and business travel, transport, and accommodations
- Handle day-to-day logistics such as meals, wardrobe prep, deliveries, and reservations
- Run personal errands and coordinate with household vendors or service providers
- Arrange gifts, celebrations, and family or personal events
- Liaise professionally with family members, external contacts, and personal networks
- Track personal payments, claims, renewals, and manage documentation
- Support executive-related tasks such as meeting preparation, follow-ups, coordination, and priority tracking when needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Lifestyle Manager, or similar role
- Experience supporting senior leaders, high-profile individuals, or busy households
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- High maturity, sound judgment, and ability to manage sensitive information
- Willingness to be contactable outside of standard hours for urgent matters
