Job Description
Personal Assistant to CEO providing comprehensive administrative support for daily executive activities at Impact Housing. Ensuring efficiency and confidentiality in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone communications on behalf of the executive
- Prepare, organize, and manage documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Run errands and coordinate personal tasks remotely to support the executive’s professional and personal needs
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve administrative or logistical issues
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong professional etiquette
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing demands in a remote setting
