Job Description

BDR role focusing on outbound business development at impulseup, a HRTech startup since 2018. Involves lead qualification, prospecting, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage outbound leads who are not yet familiar with or have not shown interest in impulseup's product, using a persuasive, consultative, and personalized approach.
  • Approach outbound leads through multiple channels such as phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
  • Follow department processes with discipline and integrity.
  • Conduct qualification conversations using active listening, diagnostic questioning, and objection handling.
  • Record all interactions, statuses, and next steps in HubSpot in a disciplined, autonomous, and accurate manner.
  • Adapt the pitch and approach according to the lead's profile, segment, and stage in the buying process.
  • Support the development of prospecting campaigns and execute the agreed plan.
  • Monitor personal performance metrics (lead volume, conversion by stage, etc.) and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Share learnings about objections and approaches to continuously evolve the team's playbook.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in active prospecting and consultative selling in an Outbound B2B model.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), with strong discipline for recording, organizing, and tagging the pipeline.
  • Practical knowledge of qualification and sales methodologies (such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, BANT, GPCT, or similar).
  • High ability to absorb constructive feedback, demonstrating flexibility and agility in applying guidance day-to-day.
  • Ability to handle the routine objections inherent to Outbound work while maintaining energy, focus, and consistency in execution.
  • Self-managing profile, with strong discipline around schedules, routine organization, and consistent delivery.
  • Ability to monitor and analyze personal conversion metrics in the pipeline, acting proactively with a solutions focus.
