Job Description

Pre-Sales Manager engaging with warm leads to drive customer satisfaction in a Cleantech start-up. Collaborating digitally with advanced tools in a fully remote or hybrid setup.

Responsibilities:

  • You are the first voice and face for our customers — ensuring they immediately feel well taken care of.
  • Cold calling? Not here! You only speak with warm leads who have genuine interest.
  • In initial conversations you clarify open questions and determine whether everything fits before handing off to our Sales Managers.
  • Through your communication you not only win satisfied customers but turn them into true fans.
  • Your ideas are welcome — you actively shape a fast-growing cleantech startup.
  • You work digitally, using modern tools and a smart CRM.

Requirements:

  • Initial sales experience (1–2 years) — ideally already in lead qualification.
  • Excitement for daily interaction with many potential customers and supporting them on their path to the heating transition.
  • You have real sales talent and handle objections well.
  • Structure is your thing — even when many balls are in the air, you keep an overview.
  • Your positive energy is contagious and makes collaboration enjoyable.
  • You are hands-on, willing to pitch in, and celebrate successes with the team.
