Job Description
Principal role in AI and Automation, co-owning the automation stack at Kraken, a leader in crypto.
Responsibilities:
- Own the AI automation roadmap for PWS
- Build and deploy agentic workflows and AI-powered tools
- Bring structure, automation, and speed to ambiguous processes
- Partner with multiple teams to translate business problems into automation solutions
- Improve existing automations for cost efficiency and reliability
- Drive initiatives from problem discovery to production
- Establish best practices for AI tooling and workflow design
- Advise leadership on AI operational leverage
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Business Operations, Consulting, Product Strategy, or similar roles in high-growth tech, fintech, or crypto
- AI-native mindset
- Hands-on builder with Claude, APIs, n8n, scripting, and automation platforms
- Rapid learner with a proven ability to adapt quickly
- Data-driven problem-solver
- Strong structured problem-solving skills
- High ownership mindset
- Comfortable in ambiguity
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience building or optimizing AI-powered reporting, internal tools, or operational workflows
