Job Description

Principal Relationship Manager overseeing payments acceptance for merchants within assigned industry verticals. Driving incremental revenue and enhancing customer experience while maximizing profitability at Capital One.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales, business development, project management, and client management for merchants
  • Establish relationships with enablement partners to maximize transaction volume and market share
  • Ensure implementation of value-added products and marketing initiatives
  • Implement operational initiatives and ensure compliance with processes
  • Manage and escalate risk or customer-impacting issues to management

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, relationship management, business development, strategy, operations or project management within financial services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Finance (preferred)
  • 6+ years of experience (preferred)
  • Payments industry experience (preferred)
