Job Description
Principal Relationship Manager overseeing payments acceptance for merchants within assigned industry verticals. Driving incremental revenue and enhancing customer experience while maximizing profitability at Capital One.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales, business development, project management, and client management for merchants
- Establish relationships with enablement partners to maximize transaction volume and market share
- Ensure implementation of value-added products and marketing initiatives
- Implement operational initiatives and ensure compliance with processes
- Manage and escalate risk or customer-impacting issues to management
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, relationship management, business development, strategy, operations or project management within financial services
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Finance (preferred)
- 6+ years of experience (preferred)
- Payments industry experience (preferred)
