Job Description
Product Manager shaping 0→1 agentic AI products for SMBs at M32 AI. Owning roadmap, UX, onboarding, and cross-module product experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build agentic AI products for SMBs globally
- Work directly with the CPO to shape innovative AI products from 0→1
- Own the product roadmap and feature definition
- Lead design reviews and propose UX optimizations and next-step features
- Map the full product surface area from dashboard through every feature and module connection
- Turn complex product experiences into clean, simple, integrated UX across modules
- Translate product understanding into onboarding, product marketing pages, and in-app education
- Explore the product, identify friction, inconsistencies, uncaptured opportunities, and missing module connections
- Cross-reference specification, staging, and production states to catch gaps and regressions
- Prioritize improvements using usage signals and customer feedback
- Reduce UI clutter and ship simple, high-impact solutions
- Collaborate with design and engineering while driving UX independently when needed
Requirements:
- Immediate joiners are preferred, but everyone will be considered
- Hands-on, meticulous Product Manager
- Quickly become a central power user and product expert
- Own UX end-to-end
- Find gaps through product deep-dives and data
- Proven experience optimizing onboardings and driving higher conversion and lower drop-offs through product onboarding
- Strong UX/UI and interaction design judgment
- Extremely curious and willing to explore every product area and challenge decisions
- Data-driven and customer-centric approach using usage signals and customer feedback
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Strong judgment distinguishing important issues from noise
- Able to produce comprehensive PRDs, tickets, prototypes, and designs with minimal review
- Comfortable partnering with design and engineering
- Able to drive UX independently when needed
