Job Description

Product Marketing Manager shaping positioning, messaging, and launches for First Connect’s digital insurance platform. Driving adoption among independent agents and carrier partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Define clear, compelling messaging and value propositions for products and features
  • Distill product capabilities into differentiated customer-facing narratives aligned with market needs
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to ensure consistent positioning
  • Own product and feature launches from planning through execution
  • Develop and execute tiered go-to-market playbooks
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report go-to-market performance
  • Create and maintain product videos, one-pagers, website copy, case studies, and blogs
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns with content tailored to audiences and personas
  • Develop customer stories and proof points highlighting First Connect’s value
  • Equip customer-facing teams with tools, messaging, and training
  • Research partner needs through interviews and competitive analysis

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience in a start-up environment
  • Fintech/Insurtech experience is a plus
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with an eye for clarity, tone, and audience fit
  • Experience launching products and supporting go-to-market strategies with cross-functional teams
  • Solid understanding of the SMB buyer journey
  • Experience crafting content for multiple personas and funnel stages
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • High EQ and proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications
