Job Description
Product Owner overseeing the development of digital products in healthcare at AImax. Collaborating with management and teams while implementing user-focused solutions and agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Product ownership at the implementation level
- You ensure that product ideas, requirements and constraints are translated into effective, user-centered solutions.
- Requirements and decision-making
- You work closely with stakeholders, structure requirements, and make well-founded product decisions with a focus on value, feasibility and quality.
- Agile collaboration
- You work continuously with internal teams and external development service providers to ensure clear, efficient collaboration.
- SCRUM & team development
- You facilitate agile ceremonies, promote continuous improvement and support the team in working effectively and in a self-organized way.
- Regulated environment
- You pragmatically integrate software requirements for regulated environments (e.g., ISO 13485) into product development and work processes.
- Tool-supported product work
- You use established tools—particularly from the Atlassian ecosystem (e.g., Jira, Confluence)—to ensure transparency, structure and traceability.
Requirements:
- Several years of solid experience as a Product Owner in software product development (required)
- Deep understanding of agile product development according to SCRUM
- Ideally a Scrum Master or Agile Coach certification
- Experience in developing software for regulated environments (e.g., medical devices, pharma, HealthTech)
- Routine use of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Ability to take responsibility, make decisions and provide direction
- Clear, structured communication and a strong understanding of users and the market.
