Job Description
HR Operations Specialist managing HR operations in Shared Services remotely. Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes while ensuring policy compliance and ticket management.
Responsibilities:
- Ejecutar y gestionar operaciones de RR. HH. dentro del Shared Services
- Atender solicitudes desde onboarding hasta offboarding
- Administrar tickets en ServiceNow
- Actualizar información en SuccessFactors
- Manejar documentación
- Apoyar procesos como vacaciones, beneficios y facturación de proveedores
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas y KPIs
Requirements:
- Estudios de carrera técnica o universitaria
- Experiencia profesional de 1 año
