Job Description
Program Manager coordinating 340B program optimization initiatives within Lumicera Health Services. Collaborating with stakeholders on program strategy execution and operational improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and advances initiatives related to the 340B drug pricing program (340B program) in support of health system partners served by Lumicera Health Services.
- Supports the development and execution of program strategies, managing day-to-day coordination of initiatives.
- Prepares materials and insights for partner engagement, contributing to implementation of program improvements.
- Engages health system partner stakeholders at operational and management levels to support program implementation, alignment, and ongoing optimization efforts.
- Develops structured project plans, status tracking, and reporting tools that support visibility into program performance.
- Synthesizes program performance data and financial outputs into actionable insights that inform operational and program-related decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, or program coordination, required.
- 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) credential, or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire date, required.
- 3-4 years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, revenue cycle, or program coordination required.
- 2 years of experience supporting or working within a 340B program or related pharmacy services environment required.
- Experience coordinating multi-step initiatives with defined timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional involvement required.
- Experience interpreting data and financial information to support operational or program-related decisions required.
