Job Description
Program Manager coordinating programs and initiatives for state and local government and education. Ensuring successful delivery across events, research, and member engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the coordination and execution of cross-functional programs, events, and council initiatives across the CDG and CDE teams
- Manage program timelines, workflows, and stakeholder communications
- Partner closely with Program Managers, Event Leadership, and cross-functional teams
- Oversee council and advisory board operations, including member tracking and communications
- Support end-to-end execution of virtual and in-person events
- Coordinate development and delivery of research reports, program materials, and content assets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date program data across Salesforce and internal systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of experience in program coordination, project management, events, or related field
- Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple initiatives
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience coordinating across stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Preferred experience with Asana or other project management tools
- Experience with Salesforce
