Job Description
Virtual Assistant providing project coordination and lead generation support for a home renovation and design company. Managing tasks, documentation, and client communication while assisting in lead generation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain project calendars, timelines, and progress tracking.
- Coordinate scheduling between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Track tasks and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare and organize documents such as proposals, scopes of work, and reports.
- Maintain well-organized digital files, including contracts, change orders, and communications.
- Assist in coordinating client meetings, walkthroughs, and project updates.
- Conduct outbound calls to qualified leads to schedule consultations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes in the CRM.
- Track follow-ups and ensure no leads are missed.
- Support overall business development efforts through consistent outreach.
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
- Provide updates and follow-ups to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Virtual Assistant, Administrative, or Business Support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, or similar).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup.
