Job Description
Real Estate Developer negotiating and managing land contracts for renewable energy in Ruhrgebiet. Engaging with communities and oversight of contracts and properties in a sustainable environment.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and finalize land agreements (usage, lease or purchase contracts)
- Establish contact with municipalities, land managers and landowners
- Contract management and oversight of properties
- Attend municipal council meetings and relevant events
- Regional networking and association activities
Requirements:
- Many years of experience in project pre-planning or sales, ideally in a comparable role within renewable energies or real estate
- Strong communication skills, empathy and negotiation ability
- Able to work independently and take responsibility
- Knowledge of contract and land law is an advantage
- Identification with renewable energies and willingness to travel frequently
- Driver’s license class B
- Business-fluent German
