Job Description

Real Estate Developer negotiating and managing land contracts for renewable energy in Ruhrgebiet. Engaging with communities and oversight of contracts and properties in a sustainable environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and finalize land agreements (usage, lease or purchase contracts)
  • Establish contact with municipalities, land managers and landowners
  • Contract management and oversight of properties
  • Attend municipal council meetings and relevant events
  • Regional networking and association activities

Requirements:

  • Many years of experience in project pre-planning or sales, ideally in a comparable role within renewable energies or real estate
  • Strong communication skills, empathy and negotiation ability
  • Able to work independently and take responsibility
  • Knowledge of contract and land law is an advantage
  • Identification with renewable energies and willingness to travel frequently
  • Driver’s license class B
  • Business-fluent German
