Job Description

Managing Meta recruiting campaigns for Gastrosterne, which helps hotels and restaurants hire staff through social-media recruiting. Creating, editing, and checking ads using established templates and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Create campaigns in Meta using Ads Manager
  • Enter and edit Meta/Facebook/Instagram ads in Meta Business Manager
  • Set up clients in BVS and create the necessary links to forward applicants to clients
  • Manage recruiting campaigns according to the established system in close collaboration with the Project Manager
  • Design campaigns in Canva as holiday cover
  • Write suitable copy for new campaigns
  • Use templates to create ads and graphics
  • Regularly communicate progress in internal online meetings

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working with Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Enjoy creating, editing, and reviewing ads
  • Open-mindedness and interest in new ideas, programs, and tools
  • Independent thinking and accurate, structured work using sound judgment
  • Ability to handle unexpected short-notice tasks and prioritize assignments
  • Strong self-organization and ability to manage working hours without fixed schedules
  • Very good computer skills (Windows or Mac, MS Office)
  • Regularly communicate progress in internal online meetings
  • Willingness to work exclusively from a home office; digital nomads are not eligible
  • Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or project management is not required
