Job Description
Virtual Assistant supporting operations for innovative scientific research and development company. Role involves project coordination, admin support, and light bookkeeping.
Responsibilities:
- Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
- Ensure reports, invoices, and submissions are completed on time
- Assist with internal coordination across multiple projects
- Manage emails, scheduling, and general correspondence
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and partners professionally
- Handle day-to-day operational tasks and follow-ups
- Support with routine bookkeeping tasks (data entry, tracking expenses, etc.)
- Assist with organising financial data across projects
- Maintain accurate records in line with internal processes
Requirements:
- Extremely detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Experience with (or ability to quickly learn):
- ERP or accounting systems (e.g. ERPNext or similar)
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- General project management tools
- Basic bookkeeping or financial tracking systems
