Job Description

Virtual Assistant supporting operations for innovative scientific research and development company. Role involves project coordination, admin support, and light bookkeeping.

Responsibilities:

  • Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Ensure reports, invoices, and submissions are completed on time
  • Assist with internal coordination across multiple projects
  • Manage emails, scheduling, and general correspondence
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and partners professionally
  • Handle day-to-day operational tasks and follow-ups
  • Support with routine bookkeeping tasks (data entry, tracking expenses, etc.)
  • Assist with organising financial data across projects
  • Maintain accurate records in line with internal processes

Requirements:

  • Extremely detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
  • Experience with (or ability to quickly learn):
  • ERP or accounting systems (e.g. ERPNext or similar)
  • Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • General project management tools
  • Basic bookkeeping or financial tracking systems
