Job Description
Project / Program Manager leading healthcare transformation and organizational change initiatives at M Powered Strategies. Responsible for managing complex projects and ensuring alignment with client priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead one or more project or task workstreams within larger transformation or implementation programs.
- Develop and manage workplans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependency tracking.
- Facilitate internal and client meetings, governance sessions, and decision forums.
- Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and escalation pathways.
- Coordinate across functional teams, subcontractors, client stakeholders, and leadership.
- Provide regular status reporting and executive-level updates.
- Ensure delivery quality, responsiveness, and alignment to client priorities.
- Help establish or refine governance, delivery rhythms, and decision-making structures.
Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the US
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7-12+ years of relevant experience in project management, program management, workstream leadership, or management consulting.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational leadership skills.
- Experience managing schedules, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or related certification preferred.
- Experience supporting federal agencies is preferred.
- Experience with VA, VHA, healthcare transformation, EHR modernization, or large-scale implementation efforts preferred.
- Experience leading PMO or governance functions preferred.
- Experience operating in matrixed or integrated delivery environments preferred.
