Job Description
Immobilienbesichtiger:in für die Bewertung von Wohn-, Gewerbe- und Spezialimmobilien. Fokus auf selbständige Besichtigungen mit digitalem Austausch im Team.
Responsibilities:
- Inspection of residential, commercial and special-purpose properties, both inside and out
- Assessment and documentation of the technical condition of properties
- Taking on-site measurements, calculating living area (floor area) and documenting construction progress/status
- Regular digital coordination and information exchange with colleagues on current topics
Requirements:
- Interest in real estate and some initial experience in the real estate sector
- Ideally experience with floor area calculations and on-site measurements
- Strong communication skills, reliability and the ability to work independently
- Accuracy, conscientiousness and responsible behavior
- Service-oriented and friendly manner
- Proficiency in Office programs such as Excel, MS Teams and Outlook
- Valid Class B driver's license and some driving experience
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
