Job Description
Real estate appraiser in the Trier region overseeing residential and commercial property visits. Responsible for assessing technical conditions and documenting findings in a full-time remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal and external inspections of residential, commercial and specialised properties
- Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties
- Take measurements and calculate living/floor space
- Document current construction status and maintenance measures
- Communicate digitally with colleagues about current issues
Requirements:
- Affinity for real estate and initial experience or a strong interest in the real estate sector
- Ideally experience with floor area calculations and taking measurements
- Strong communication skills, reliability and the ability to work independently
- Strengths: accuracy, conscientiousness and responsible conduct
- Friendly demeanour, even under stress
- Confident use of Office programs such as Excel, MS Teams and Outlook
- Driver’s license (Class B) and driving experience
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
