Job Description
Immobilienbesichtiger:in verantwortlich für die Besichtigung und Beurteilung von Wohn-, Gewerbe- und Spezialimmobilien in Deutschland. Fokussierung auf Genauigkeit und Verantwortung in einem fähigen Team.
Responsibilities:
- On-site inspections of residential, commercial and specialty properties
- Conducting 5 pre-planned daily routes with approximately 40 appointments per week
- Assessment and documentation of the technical/structural condition of properties
- Taking measurements, calculating living areas and documenting construction status and maintenance measures
- Regular digital communication with colleagues about current topics
Requirements:
- Affinity for real estate and initial experience in the real estate sector, or a strong interest in this field
- Ideally experience with area measurements and taking dimensions
- Strong communication skills, reliability and ability to work independently
- Attention to detail, conscientiousness and responsible conduct
- Neat, service-oriented and friendly appearance
- Proficiency with office programs such as Excel, MS Teams and Outlook
- Valid Class B driving license and some driving experience
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
