Job Description
Recruiter responsible for evaluating candidates and managing candidate pipelines. Sourcing, screening, and collaborating with hiring managers to find qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for various roles
- Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our tracking system
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring teams
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition required
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable conducting interviews via phone and video
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
