Job Description

Recruiter responsible for evaluating candidates and managing candidate pipelines. Sourcing, screening, and collaborating with hiring managers to find qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for various roles
  • Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in our tracking system
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring teams

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition required
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable conducting interviews via phone and video
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
