Job Description
Recruiter managing the full recruitment cycle for overseas candidates. Focused on sourcing and screening talent for U.S. and Canadian businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and direct outreach
- Post and manage job ads for approved roles
- Actively hunt for candidates - not just wait for applicants
- Conduct initial interviews to assess: English communication
- Filter out weak or risky candidates early
- Prepare clean, anonymized candidate profiles
- Submit only qualified candidates to the internal team for review
- Follow Slash Staffing’s recruiting SOPs
- Update candidate statuses accurately in Zoho Recruit
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Keep pipelines organized and current
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Recruiter or Talent Sourcer
- Experience recruiting overseas or remote talent (strong plus)
- Strong English communication skills
- Good judgment - you know who will and won’t work out
- Organized, reliable, and process-driven
- Comfortable working with multiple roles at once
