Job Description

Recruiter managing the full recruitment cycle for overseas candidates. Focused on sourcing and screening talent for U.S. and Canadian businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Post and manage job ads for approved roles
  • Actively hunt for candidates - not just wait for applicants
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess: English communication
  • Filter out weak or risky candidates early
  • Prepare clean, anonymized candidate profiles
  • Submit only qualified candidates to the internal team for review
  • Follow Slash Staffing’s recruiting SOPs
  • Update candidate statuses accurately in Zoho Recruit
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
  • Keep pipelines organized and current

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Recruiter or Talent Sourcer
  • Experience recruiting overseas or remote talent (strong plus)
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Good judgment - you know who will and won’t work out
  • Organized, reliable, and process-driven
  • Comfortable working with multiple roles at once
