Job Description
Remote recruiter sourcing and placing skilled trades and construction professionals for Skilled Trades Partners. Managing candidates and clients through permanent-hire processes on commission.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit candidates for direct-hire positions within the construction and skilled trades industries
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
- Interview and qualify candidates based on experience, compensation, location, and career goals
- Present qualified candidates to clients and manage them throughout the interview and hiring process
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled trades and construction professionals
- Follow up with candidates and clients to help move placements across the finish line
Requirements:
- Previous recruiting or staffing experience strongly preferred
- Direct-hire recruiting experience is a plus
- Construction/skilled trades recruiting experience is highly preferred
- Strong sourcing and candidate relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Results-driven and motivated by an uncapped commission structure
- Candidates may work from anywhere in the U.S.
- Eastern or Central Time Zone availability is preferred
