Job Description

Recruiting Specialist conducting 1st round interviews and onboarding training for LifeGuide candidates. Assisting onboarding team with progress tracking and evaluations for new guides.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist recruiting by conducting 1st round of interviews for new guides
  • Invite reviewed applicants to meet for an initial phone screen
  • Determine the candidate's desire to become a LifeGuide
  • Evaluate if candidates are in the right place in their lives to become a LifeGuide
  • Assist the Onboarding Team by tracking progress of guides
  • Conduct Onboarding training sessions

Requirements:

  • You're a people person and enjoy meeting new Guides
  • You are highly organized and methodical in your approach
  • You can produce detailed reports for leadership
  • You have a high level of discernment, being careful that candidates are the right fit for a specific role vs. playing the “numbers game”
  • You have fun building and maintaining positive relationships
  • You are tech savvy and can quickly learn to navigate new websites and you have experience with Google Suite
  • You're a strategic thinker with the work ethic and desire to execute on strategies
  • You don’t settle for anything less than excellence in your work
  • Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously
  • Access to calendar app (calendly or other)
  • Ability to motivate others
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Have experience with and are organized in the following systems: BambooHR, Verifirst, Slack, Google Suite, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
