Job Description

Recruitment Strategist at L&E Research connecting brands with people to solve hard recruitment problems. Building relationships and managing projects across consumer, B2B, healthcare, and product innovation research.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with advocacy groups, professional associations, and community or industry resources nationwide.
  • Serve as the go-to point of contact for recruiting needs, working established leads to generate qualified respondents from hard-to-reach populations.
  • Consult at the bid level on feasibility for projects requiring custom panel builds.
  • Use the L&E database and external resources to assess whether a panel can be built.
  • Upon project award, execute the panel build and partner with designated recruiter(s) to bring the project to a full recruit.
  • Maintain active access to outreach platforms such as ZoomInfo and RocketReach.
  • Serve as the primary resource for Project Managers needing additional outreach contacts.
  • Pull and deliver targeted leads from these platforms for PM upload.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of market research recruitment experience with demonstrated competency across general and specialty Recruitment (preferred).
  • Background in building or supporting custom recruitment panels and/or community/advocacy outreach (preferred).
  • Clinical, medical, B2B, or other specialized research experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Working knowledge of market research recruitment across multiple verticals: consumer, B2B, healthcare, and product innovation.
  • Proven resourcefulness in finding and recruiting candidates outside of standard approaches.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), internet, and email.
  • Comfort with emerging technologies, including AI tools that improve recruitment efficiency and insight.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation, including cold calling and direct engagement.
  • Basic medical terminology is a plus for those supporting healthcare projects.
