Job Description

Regional Sales Director managing a team of Territory Sales Directors to achieve sales targets. Driving accountability and building relationships in the legal and contractor sectors for Lead Science.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Territory Sales Directors (TSD) within the assigned region
  • Own overall responsibility for meeting monthly regional and assigned sales quotas
  • Implement and drive individual accountability across the team in accordance with the Lead Science sales process
  • Hire, train, manage, and retain a team of sales professionals
  • Establish and build close relationships with lawyers, law firms, and contractors
  • Enforce sales standards and practices that create quality sales
  • Achieve revenue goals with accurate forecasting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
  • 5+ years B2B sales and sales management experience
  • Motivated leader who drives the Region to new growth and development
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Dependable, follows instructions and takes initiative to solve problems and maximizes team member productivity
  • Ability to plan and manage time effectively
