Job Description
Gebietsleiter für Fernwärmevertrieb bei Iqony, Anbieter grüner Energielösungen. Akquisition, Verhandlung und Abschluss von Wärmeinfrastrukturprojekten in Ostdeutschland.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire district heating customers in densification and expansion areas, competing with alternative heating solutions
- Calculate, negotiate, and successfully close district heating infrastructure projects with existing and new customers across various segments, particularly housing companies, property developers, retail and commercial businesses, and public- and private-sector customers
- Prepare quotations and contract documents and, where required, secure rights of way for pipelines
- Work closely with the technical implementation teams
- Contribute experience and provide impetus for the continuous development of market approaches, sales processes, IT tools, and sales and pricing strategies
Requirements:
- Completed university degree or vocational training
- High level of initiative
- Collaborative, partnership-based approach to work

- Good technical understanding
- Strong team spirit and willingness to learn and embrace change
- Service-oriented, confident, and personable manner
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High willingness to travel; support colleagues in other district heating regions throughout Germany as needed
- Several years of sales experience, preferably with a focus on heating products
