Job Description
Regional Sales Manager responsible for driving business growth and enhancing customer relationships in the UAE. Building strong relationships with customers while achieving revenue targets and providing tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance the company's reputation
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's customer base in the assigned region
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
- Develop and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical proposals to prospective and existing customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and key metrics to senior management
- Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to remain competitive in the market
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of sales experience with a record of achieving sales goals in technical sales
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business growth
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) a plus
- Ability to travel up to 70%.
