Job Description
Supervisor for Trade Marketing executing strategies across São Paulo and ensuring brand visibility. Liaising between regional commercial team and corporate guidelines, optimizing performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing Trade Marketing strategies within the territory under their management
- Ensure brand presence, visibility and performance across all operating channels
- Serve as the link between the regional commercial team and corporate guidelines
- Ensure excellence in execution, monitor KPIs and adapt initiatives to regional realities
- Ensure correct implementation of activities in grocery retail, cash & carry, pharmacy, distributors and specialized channels
- Monitor, analyze and report performance indicators (sell-in, sell-out, MDV, execution and numeric distribution)
- Supervise promoters and manage third-party agencies and point-of-sale operations
- Ensure correct use of trade funds and compliance with registration and contract processes
- Adapt plans and initiatives according to regional particularities to maximize results
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in Trade Marketing
- Experience with different distribution channels (retail, cash & carry, pharmacy, distributors)
- Experience managing promoters, agencies and point-of-sale operations
- Experience monitoring commercial and execution indicators
