Job Description
Regional Vice President overseeing sales teams, driving revenue through AI solutions at Salesforce. Mentoring Account Executives and strategizing with C-level executives for enterprise success.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead a team of high-performing Account Executives
- Exceed ACV and pipeline targets
- Ensure operational excellence of the team
- Develop consistent rigor to enable leaders to scale effectively
- Partner with RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success for alignment
- Develop and drive strategic sales plans to achieve targets
- Consistently monitor sales activity and track results
- Lead initiatives for customer awareness and engagement
- Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline health
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives at strategic accounts
- Support Account Executives on major engagements and escalations
- Champion customer feedback to influence product and market strategy
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in Sales Leadership
- 10+ years in software and/or applications sales; ideally an IT centric solution/application software, selling primarily to the CxO level (ideally CIO)
- Recent experience with the Enterprise customer segment
- Strong track record of success in leading complex top account teams within a high-growth, matrixed environment.
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
- Strong track record of recruiting, developing, coaching and retaining a high performing sales organization
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills to drive collaboration across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
