Revenue Manager managing Subscription and Billing operations for a global technology consulting company. Acting as a connector between stakeholders to ensure accurate execution of commercial intents.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that when a product is sold, the system accurately manages billing, access grants, and financial reporting.
- Ensure that the infrastructure supporting quote generation and contract execution is scalable and compliant, maintaining deal velocity without sacrificing financial or legal integrity.
- Act as the "glue" between stakeholders, ensuring that commercial intent translates accurately into operational reality.
- Focus on building the "backbone" of growth—ensuring that complex product offerings, global billing logic, and contract lifecycles are scalable, compliant, and seamlessly integrated between Product, Finance, and Engineering.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Subscription Management or Revenue Operations for a SaaS or Marketplace company.
- Hands-on mastery of Zuora, Salesforce Billing, Chargebee, or Stripe Billing.
- Deep knowledge of Usage-based / Metered billing (crucial for high-volume marketplaces).
- Strong understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.
- Ability to work with complex data sets for troubleshooting and financial reconciliation.
- 5+ years in Contract Management, CPQ/CLM, or Revenue Operations in a SaaS/Tech environment.
- Hands-on expertise with enterprise tools like Salesforce CPQ, Conga, Icertis, Ironclad, or DocuSign CLM.
- Deep understanding of complex pricing models (volume-based, multi-year, and custom agreements).
- Strong understanding of ASC 606 and how contract terms impact revenue recognition.
- Experience with how contract data integrates into ERPs like Workday, NetSuite, or SAP.
Benefits:
- Collaborative environment with highly experienced engineers, architects, and delivery leaders
- Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning
