Job Description
Sales Account Executive role focused on high-impact consultations in financial service industry. Engaging with qualified leads and guiding them through decision-making processes remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Have high-value consultations with leads provided by our robust lead-generation engine.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new, qualified leads, guiding prospects through a life-changing decision via video, phone, and email.
- Clearly explain Facet’s unique flat-fee membership model and how it bridges the gap between a prospect's current financial stress and their future goals.
- Work in lockstep with our Planning, Member Experience, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless journey for our members.
- Engage in structured professional development, including weekly group training on key topics and weekly 1:1s focused on your personal evolution.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2C sales experience, preferably in financial services or fintech, with a track record of exceeding quotas.
- Strong understanding of financial planning concepts (retirement, investments, tax, and estate planning).
- A deep passion for learning; you view sales as a sophisticated skillset requiring constant refinement.
- Excellent listener with the ability to build rapport and guide prospects through complex emotional and financial decisions.
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce) and comfortable in a remote-first, digitally-focused environment.
- Motivated by the goal of bringing financial freedom to the millions of Americans the industry has traditionally ignored.
