Job Description
Sales & Business Development Manager responsible for launching Essier into the Australian market. Leading strategy, sales execution, and operational infrastructure for a premium bamboo decking system.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for launching Essier into the market, validating product-market fit, and creating the foundations for national scale
- Develop and execute Essier’s go-to-market strategy
- Own the full sales cycle: outreach → demo → quote → negotiation → close → handover
- Identify, onboard, and support early installers, distributors, and dealer partners
- Build Essier’s sales engine from the ground up, such as CRM stages, workflows, templates, SOPs, and reporting
- Represent Essier at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
Requirements:
- Experienced Sales or Business Development Manager with a background in building materials, construction, landscaping, or adjacent industries
- Launched products, opened new markets, or built sales functions from scratch
- Commercially sharp, process-driven, and comfortable working in early-stage environments
- Build trust quickly and sell through credibility, value, and long-term thinking
