Job Description
Inside Sales Representative providing sales support and account management for UK customers. Identifying sales opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction while managing account activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide account management and sales support to assigned customers
- Identify opportunities to sell additional services to clients
- Ensure accounts are retained and services renewed
- Manage customer order requests
- Monitor account activities and customer satisfaction
- Develop a sales funnel through ongoing communications
Requirements:
- Experience in sales and account management
- Ability to manage accounts and customer relationships
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Strong communication skills
- Must be fluent in English
