Job Description
Sales Consultant for Escale, a tech scale-up enhancing essential service brands' digital customer acquisition. Engaging with clients across Brazil and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Strong communication, active listening and clarity to conduct commercial conversations with customers across Brazil.
- Strategic, adaptable persuasion: able to guide customers to the right solution.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with challenging targets.
- Willingness to learn (or already proficient in) outreach, probing, negotiation and closing techniques.
- Ability to think quickly and tailor solutions to the customer's real context.
- Good typing skills and proficiency with CRM systems and sales registration.
- Organized with daily routines and management of your own client portfolio.
- Availability and commitment to training — here you learn from data, feedback and supportive colleagues.
- Genuine desire to grow in sales and build a solid career path.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Ability to work well under pressure;
- Strong communication and persuasion skills;
- Intermediate Excel;
- Good typing skills;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Experience in Telecom is a plus.
