Job Description

Sales Consultant at BH Band engaging with clients through various channels in Brazil. Providing consultative support, lead qualification, processing orders, and collaborating internally.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, chat and social media, ensuring a positive experience
  • Clarify doubts and provide clear information about products, services and processes
  • Follow up leads through to sale closure, maintaining active and strategic contact
  • Qualify and register leads in the CRM and ERP, keeping data up to date
  • Present products consultatively, highlighting differentiators and benefits
  • Negotiate commercial terms, overcome objections and close orders
  • Generate orders, invoices, payment slips (boleto) and payment links in the ERP
  • Communicate promotions and opportunities for additional sales
  • Prospect new customers when necessary
  • Work in partnership with the internal team (art and production)
  • Analyze sales indicators and propose improvements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Proven experience in sales
  • Suitable home office setup (computer, headset, stable internet and appropriate environment)
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel (use of spreadsheets with simple formulas)
  • Advantage: experience with active prospecting and consultative selling
  • Advantage: experience with CRM and sales-funnel management
  • Advantage: experience with ERP for order generation
  • Advantage: familiarity with VoIP tools
  • Advantage: experience with sales targets and performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Advantage: experience in B2B sales
  • Advantage: basic knowledge of graphic design
  • Advantage: experience selling customized/personalized products

Benefits:

  • PJ contract: BRL 2,300.00
  • Commission of 0.5% on completed sales
  • Commissioning activated after the company reaches the minimum monthly revenue (internal criterion)
  • After 1 year: possibility of 30 days paid vacation subject to negotiation
