Job Description

Sales Development Representative for Clipboard connecting workplaces and professionals in Home Health. Engaging in high-volume calls to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls each week (hundreds of dials)
  • Pitch our product to prospective customers through cold outreach
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives
  • Handle objections confidently and adapt messaging on the fly
  • Track outreach and outcomes accurately in Salesforce
  • Work with leadership to refine our messaging to customers based on the signals that you hear from your conversations

Requirements:

  • Strong spoken English and comfort on live calls
  • Resilience and consistency in the face of rejection
  • Willingness to learn, iterate, and work in an experimental environment
  • Reliable internet and a quiet working setup suitable for frequent calls
  • 1–3 years in outbound sales or high-volume calling roles preferred
  • Experience selling SaaS or B2B products
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Experience working remotely or with distributed teams
