Job Description
Sales Development Representative building high-volume outbound email campaigns for HKR.TEAM’s US-based client. Managing lead generation, sequences, qualification, funnel metrics, and CRM data.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage high-volume outbound email campaigns, targeting approximately 1,000 new leads per month
- Own multi-part email sequences end to end and ensure every step is sent on schedule
- Respond to replies within agreed response timeframes and hand warm leads over to the sales team
- Qualify and segment leads against sales-team criteria
- Build and enrich target lists, initially with the manager and then independently within the first few months
- Test new ICPs, verticals, and messaging angles; report what converts and what does not
- Track and report funnel metrics such as open rates, positive reply rates, and meetings booked
- Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline data
- Work for a US-based client to build and run a high-volume outbound email engine from scratch
Requirements:
- 3+ years in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role
- Demonstrable high-volume outbound experience, including the ability to explain specific campaigns, volume, and results
- Strong command of funnel metrics, including open rates, positive reply rates, and meeting conversions
- Top-notch written English for clear, natural outbound copy
- Self-sufficient and able to work independently with minimal day-to-day direction after the first few weeks
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to help build a playbook where none exists
- Full availability during the 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST window
- Experience selling services or custom software is a bonus
- Familiarity with HubSpot is a bonus
- Skills in AI-assisted research and web scraping are a bonus
