Job Description

Sales Development Representative at August Health driving outbound outreach to generate meetings and support marketing campaigns. Collaborating with Sales and Marketing in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn using defined account lists and campaigns
  • Prospect into new markets and account segments using provided direction and messaging
  • Support pre- and post-event outreach to drive meeting generation
  • Craft persona-specific messaging aligned to campaigns and target audiences
  • Book meetings for Account Executives and ensure a clean handoff

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in an SDR or outbound-focused B2B role
  • Comfortable spending a meaningful portion of your day on outbound activity (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Strong written communicator who can write clear, relevant, and thoughtful outreach that feels personalized
  • Highly organized and reliable, with a track record of following through and managing multiple tasks
  • Self-motivated and able to show up consistently, manage your time, and get the work done without a fully built playbook or constant oversight
  • Coachable and eager to learn, with openness to feedback and a desire to continuously improve
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can shift
  • Collaborative team player who works well with Sales and Marketing and takes pride in contributing to shared goals
