Job Description
Sales Development Representative at Lucra Sports executing data-driven outbound strategies in the sports and entertainment industry. Collaborating with sales & partnerships teams to generate qualified meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute data-driven outbound strategies across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Identify and prioritize key target accounts and decision-makers within our ICP
- Research prospects and personalize outreach based on company, industry, and use case
- Own early-stage pipeline generation and support overall sales growth
- Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline data in HubSpot
- Experiment, measure, and iterate on outbound messaging and sequences to improve conversion
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine targeting, positioning, and outreach strategy
Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role
- Proven ability to run structured, data-driven outbound campaigns
- Strong research skills and comfort identifying buying signals and target accounts
- Experience with modern sales tools such as HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Bonus: Apollo, Outreach, or similar tools)
- Clear written communication and a natural, non-spammy outbound style
- Highly organized, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Experience selling into sports, entertainment, SaaS, or B2B partnerships (Nice to Have)
