Job Description

Sales Development Representative at Lucra Sports executing data-driven outbound strategies in the sports and entertainment industry. Collaborating with sales & partnerships teams to generate qualified meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute data-driven outbound strategies across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Identify and prioritize key target accounts and decision-makers within our ICP
  • Research prospects and personalize outreach based on company, industry, and use case
  • Own early-stage pipeline generation and support overall sales growth
  • Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline data in HubSpot
  • Experiment, measure, and iterate on outbound messaging and sequences to improve conversion
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine targeting, positioning, and outreach strategy

Requirements:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role
  • Proven ability to run structured, data-driven outbound campaigns
  • Strong research skills and comfort identifying buying signals and target accounts
  • Experience with modern sales tools such as HubSpot, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Bonus: Apollo, Outreach, or similar tools)
  • Clear written communication and a natural, non-spammy outbound style
  • Highly organized, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Experience selling into sports, entertainment, SaaS, or B2B partnerships (Nice to Have)
