Job Description

Sales Development Representative engaging financial advisors by phone to generate qualified leads. Focused on high-volume prospecting, lead qualification, and CRM management in a remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with prospective customers (primarily financial advisors) by phone and email.
  • Identify, qualify, and generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Make 200+ outbound calls daily to achieve lead qualification.
  • Use calls, emails, and marketing tools to categorize leads.
  • Consistently generate qualified leads per week, exceeding quotas.
  • Collaborate with team to develop and implement strategic prospecting initiatives.
  • Manage and nurture new prospect relationships using Salesforce CRM.
  • Utilize various outbound communication methods for prospect engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months in a high-velocity sales environment as a top-performing SDR/BDR.
  • Empathetic, with strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful.
  • Gritty and comfortable handling rejection.
  • Creative in opening new sales opportunities.
  • Coachable, eager, and able to learn and improve.
  • Excited to understand the unique needs of investment professionals.
  • Highly positive outlook and sound judgment in new situations.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar tools for managing prospect relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially via phone and email.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, collaborative environment.
  • Positive attitude, energetic personality, and strong listening and writing skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge of cloud services, operating systems, browsers, and Microsoft tools.
  • Responsible, ethical, and committed to representing with integrity.
  • Creative outbound sales skills using varied communication channels.
