Job Description

Founding SDR at Tenor, driving sales development with AI coaching technologies. Key player in outbound sales efforts to qualified personas across channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Your north star will be the number of meetings attended by qualified personas at Tenor’s ICP - and your variable comp is built to reward exactly that
  • You’ll run outbound across multiple channels: cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn
  • You’ll help refine and improve messaging, sequences, and targeting — and double down on what works
  • You’ll manage pipeline and reporting in HubSpot to keep the whole team in sync
  • You’ll bring insight from your conversations back to the team to help us iterate on positioning, product, and strategy

Requirements:

  • Have at least 1 year of SDR experience, ideally selling enterprise SaaS
  • Are a stellar communicator - clear, sharp, and human
  • Are comfortable speaking with senior decision makers at F500 companies, with warmth, passion, and authenticity
  • Move fast, experiment, and aren’t afraid to try a new messaging approach or channel
  • Are excited about the future of leadership and learning, and fired up about AI’s role in it
  • Work well independently, but love being part of a high-trust, high-performance team
  • Know your way around tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator (and can learn fast)
